William Hadden Sr. is a man that is fit to lead this advertising revolution.  His grandfather became Vice President of marketing for Jack Daniels Distillery in the late 70's, so from an early age he was interested in business and marketing.  He started his first business at the age of 9 with a friend- "little trash men" where he took out trash for tenants in the apartments where he lived.  Even then, he was focused on how to advertise his services to his target market. He went to college for his B.B.A. & excelled within his marketing program.  After graduation, he spent numerous years in media as a successful advertising account executive.  As he moved around within the world of media, he had the opportunity to get hands on experience with many various types of media, including TV, radio, on- line, print, direct mail, and much more.  His success was always built throughout his career by building relationships with small business owners and treating them with respect and dignity.  Also while he was an account executive, he had the fortune of working hands on with advertising agencies.  He learned how agencies worked and the type of service they provided their clients.  In doing this, he realized that no one was offering these services to the small businesses that for years have trusted him with their advertising. So, once he realized the need, he developed an advertising agency that would bridge the gap between small businesses and large corporations.  Thus, the idea of Oak Tree advertising was planted.  He quickly developed a team that could execute every aspect of an advertising agency, developed a cutting edge business model, and established a company that could help the ones who need it most.
